With the economy in the trash more and more locals are turning to raising chickens for fun, recycling and food.

Chicken fanciers can take “Tour de Coops” on Sunday – Milton – Your Town – Boston.com.

I’ve been considering raising chickens. It is actually allowed in most towns in Mass except for the ones in the most urban parts of the city. This place according to my friend Eric is one of the best ones to get chickens to start with since they are not totally freaked out.
