I found a good article on Obama’s use of social computing and communications to connect with previous non voters in all parts of the country. Obama’s linguistic skills have allowed his voice and perspective to penetrate and galvanize people all over the planet. I was on a plane going to Geneva when Obama won. The Swiss co-pilot came to each of our seats to let us know, saying “America has a new President” with a big grin on his face. Then when we arrived in Geneva everyone we met there was very excited that we had elected Obama.
